St. Albert Angels Peewee "B" Girls Fastball Team is looking for dedicated players to fill their roster for 2010. We need competitive but not necassarily the most skilled players for regular season play, a couple of tournaments, and provincials. Focus for the team will be learning the game, executing, developing for the next level and of course teamwork while having fun doing so. Opportunity for female athletes and ball players wanting to play competitive Bantam B Softball.
We have another exciting season upon us and are looking for dedicated ball players for the 2010 season.
We are a representative team based in St. Albert with active players from many communities. Our program offers high level instruction and player development. Our goals are to expand your skills and field a competitive team. For those athletes trying out for the Alberta Summer Games, our schedule will not interfere with any tryouts or related activities. We will be entering the Provincials as a Bantam B Team to ensure all hopefuls comply with the Alberta Summer Game rules.
Along with league play we will be entering tournaments where some travel is required.
Tryouts for our team are starting Jan 8, 2010 and will continue for the month of January.
We will be looking at players from St Albert and all surrounding areas. We will be forming our team in the first week of February and will continue on with our winter program from that point on. A tryout fee of $25 total will be charged. Don't forget to bring your glove :-)
